We are delighted to offer a range of British Sign Language courses here at Deaf Connections.
Anyone with a keen interest in learning Deaf Awareness or BSL can apply. All 3 courses are currently underway and the next semester will start around Spring time 2012, we are accepting applications for these courses.

With the SQA courses we offer a practice service where students will be able to have 1 to 1 online BSL tutorials with their tutor at home, via webcam using our Sign On Screen facility. Each student will be allocated a time-slot when their practice session will be. | |||

All courses are approved by ILA Scotland. ILA Scotland is a Scottish Government scheme that can help pay for the cost of learning. It’s for people who are 16 or over and living in Scotland. If your income is £22,000 a year or less, or you are on benefits, you can apply for a learner account from ILA Scotland that will give you up to £200 a year towards the cost of this course.
