Using Sign on Screen for the first time.

-Step 1

From the Deaf Connections homepage click on Sign on Screen logo.

-Step 2

Click 'Click here to sownload the e/pop Conferencing Client'

Tick on - Don't show this message again then click on Close.

-Step 4

At the top of the page clock on the question mark.

-Step 5

Click 'Install ActiveX Control...

-Step 6

The download will now start.

-Step 7

Click 'Install'

-Step 8

Click 'Yes'

-Step 9

The password to start the Sign on Screen service is dc01

-Step 10

The service will now start
